This was my first major Japanese production, where I led the project from concept to completion. I was responsible for the overall conception, creating animatics, and developing the production schedule. I also recruited artists and led a team of 15, including international talent from Germany. As the art director, I oversaw the visual style and guided the team throughout the entire process. In addition, I handled the final compositing and defined the overall style of the project.
